the one for windows that i'm using, being the born and bred IBM compatible bitch i am, is called copypod (www.copypod.net). it's really good and you get a free trial which is probably all you'll need. there's one for mac called senuti (www.tinyurl.com/8oxoya) but i can't open one of those apple creatures let alone trial a program.
i just thought i'd put this up because i've been looking for this for ages and you're probably doing the same.
